How to re-reach a "Screen" session?

To re-reach "Screen", just enter "screen -r". But if you have many "Screen" sessions, you must type "screen -ls" to see how many screen sessions you have. It'll show you this message:

 

There are several suitable screens on:

1258.minecraft (08/17/12 02:20:30 PM) (Detached)

 

 

Now, you have to choose the screen session you need to re-reach, and seize "screen -r the_screen_session_ID".

For exemple:

 

root@S:~/minecraft# screen -r 1258

 

 

And your "Screen" session will reappear.
